The One to One
Our potent coffee concentrates are ready for your personalized enjoyment.
Neat Junius: Pour 4 ounces of straight, cold Junius into an old fashioned glass or short glass. Enjoy neat or on the rocks.
Classic, Black: Pour 4 ounces of Junius into a 10 oz to 12 oz glass over ice. Add 3 to 4 ounces of water to taste.
Classic, with Milk or Cream: Pour 4 ounces of Junius into a 10 oz to 12 oz glass over ice. Add 3 ounces of water and a splash of milk or cream, or go milky and skip the water, adding 3 to 4 ounces of milk.
Hot Cup of Junius: Pour 4 ounces of Junius and 3 to 4 ounces of water into a small pan and heat until just below boiling (or 125 degrees). Pour hot coffee into your mug and enjoy black or with a splash of milk or milk alternative.[/toggle]

Made to Taste, Junius Drinkers Weigh In
Sheer Junius (from Noël): Half a glass of coffee, add sugar, a splash of half & half, and ice! Enjoy!
Blended Almond Milk Icee (from Arsha): Blend Junius with ice, almond milk and little raw sugar. Perfect and not too sweet.[/toggle]
Great Brunch and Desert Pairings
Roman Junius: 4 ounces of straight Junius, served neat, with a shot of DC’s own Don Ciccio and Figli Coffee Liquor (or other coffee liquor).
Junius Black Russian: 4 ounces of straight Junius Rising Sun, served neat, with a shot of quality vodka. Add a splash of Kahlua and/or milk if desired.
